Charlotte joined the team in 2024 as a Junior Trainer and is already a highly valued member of our training team. She continues to develop her skills under the guidance of our Head Trainers and Advanced Senior Trainers, while demonstrating exceptional dedication to her role and the dogs in her care.

She is deeply committed to ongoing professional development, regularly attending advanced courses and seminars and collaborating with other leading professionals to remain at the forefront of modern, evidence-based dog training and behaviour.

Charlotte lives with her Beagle, Hattie, whom she has trained to become a fully qualified medical alert assistance dog for her daughter. This personal journey, combined with the many assistance dog teams who choose to work with her, has given Charlotte extensive, hands-on experience with assistance dogs.

She is highly skilled at tailoring training to suit a wide range of disabilities and is particularly adept at working with child handlers, ensuring training is both effective and compassionate.

Training takes place in Charlotte’s family home, where she lives with her 12-year-old daughter. With access to varied environments including woodland walks and a busy town centre, dogs benefit from well-rounded, real-world training scenarios. To ensure outstanding results, Charlotte works with just one to two dogs at a time, providing a truly personalised and exclusive training experience tailored to each dog’s individual needs.

As a proud member of the Pet Professional Guild, Charlotte is committed to ethical, force-free, reward-based training. She uses a thoughtful balance of food, toys, praise, and environmental rewards to make training enjoyable while achieving reliable, long-lasting results.

Clients consistently value Charlotte’s clear communication and dedication. Regular photos and videos are shared throughout a dog’s training journey, keeping owners fully involved and confident in their dog’s progress every step of the way.
