About Dog Boot Camp

Adolescent Dog's Boot Camp training for dogs is an intensive and specialised training programme that gives you the ultimate level of control.   Our innovative programme is designed for owners who are seeking to live with a dog that can go with you anywhere, respond to commands and show proper etiquette towards people and dogs.

We offer 7 to 30 day boot camp stays where your dog lives with the instructor in their home for the duration.  Your dog learns manners in the home as well as being trained 'on location' to ensure that the training is as realistic and efficient as possible.  Your dog receives several training sessions every day and learns how to respond to commands in a whole variety of locations: at home, in town, in the woods, in pet shops, at the pub, group classes as well as attending Pack Walks for dog to dog socialisation.

All Residential Training is run by head instructor and founder Jenny Trigg and her team of instructors.  We have over 250 dogs come through our residential programme from all across the UK every year.  We have a very high success rate with all of our Dog Boot Camp stays.

Boot Camp is our most popular training option and is available to clients all across the UK.   Our training school is based in Surrey & Hampshire.  For prices, please click here

  • Location based - We train your dog out in the real world so that the training is as realistic and effective as possible: town, woods, shops, home, dog groups etc.
  • Group Classes: Your dog will attend up to 14 classes per week. The perfect opportunity to train against distractions.

  • Owner Training: At the end of your dogs stay, we offer a 2 hour handover lesson to not only show you what your dog has learnt, but to also teach you how to handle your dog and how to maintain the training that we have put in place.
  • Aftercare: As a bonus, we offer 5 hours of lessons at the end of your dogs stay all inclusive.  This is available to those who feel that they need a little extra training themselves to handle their dogs.   Afterall, we want to ensure that you have the best possible experience with Adolescent Dogs and we want to ensure that you go home feeling happy and confident in the training that your dog has received.  You have 4 weeks to utilise these lessons at the end of your dogs visit.
  • Guarantee - If at the end of your dogs stay you cannot see an improvement in your dogs behaviour, we guarantee to offer a re-stay free of charge. Terms and conditions apply.
