How we train it:

Obedience Training (basic, intermediate, or advanced) - Practical and necessary commands for daily living. Commands to walk at your side without pulling, sit automatically when you stop, sit stay, down stay, come when called, wait at doorways, a sturdy leave it or drop command, manners greeting people and manners when out and about.

Pack Socialisation - Boot Camp dogs in training get to run and play in groups of dogs, learning how to socialise with other dogs and how to come when called away from playing with dogs.

Home living - All Boot Camp Dogs live in the instructors home with their own dogs.   Your dog will be taught manners around the house such; as how to settle down, not to steal things or counter surf, how to be calm when there are visitors, learning how to be calm and relaxed when left, learning how to toilet outside and more.

Field Trips - Opportunities to practice training exercises out in public areas in a variety of circumstances.  Boot Camp dogs learn how to behave properly, meeting and greeting people or other dogs in public.  Distraction proofing and teaching a dog how to behave outside of it's home environment is necessary if you want the ability take your dog to public places.  We want to ensure that your dogs training is as realistic and effective as possible, so we take your dog to: town, the woods, pet shops, pubs and to dog training classes.  We know how important it is for your dog to behave when he is out on a walk or in public, so we always train on location and generalise your dogs training to different scenarios.

Proper Etiquette - Your dog will learn proper etiquette such as learning not to jump up at people, getting in and out of a vehicle on command and learning to settle down in a public place such as a pub.
