The Sniffer Dog Course is where the first part of the course is spent training you and your dog to become a supreme sniffer dog! (regardless of breed)
The sessions consist of team building exercises, search and rescue, explosive detection (we don't use real explosives!), drug detection (we don't use real drugs either) and almost every exercise connected to controlling and having lots of fun with your dog.
For the final part of the course, you'll be working in a team of 2-3 dogs and handlers and attempting to find carefully planted clues using your canine detective and your powers of observation and problem solving skills to solve the clues.
This course is open to all dogs over 6 months. For this course you bring your own dog, leash, food treats, and lots of toys and enthusiasm. No prior training is required, but as your dog will be expected to be socialable around other dogs and team members, no aggression problems please.
The Sniffer Dog Course is due to launch on start on Saturday 7th February 10am-11am and will run as an 8 week course in Bramley, Guildford.
Spaces are limited to just 6 dogs and costs £150 per dog.
