Puppy 4 Great Outdoors Application Form

Venue: Ash Ranges, Mytchett Place Road, Mytchett. (Opposite Potters / Next to Basingstoke Canal Centre).
Start Date: Saturdays
Course Time: 1pm to 2pm
Course Length: Weekly class. Recommend 8 weeks minimum.
Course Cost: Ł15 per week PAYG or Ł80 for 8 lessons.
Entry Requirements; You must be attending the Puppy 3 course or have completed it.

(+ Ł2.75 online transaction fee for all credit/debit card payments)

Your place on the course will be confirmed by e-mail. If you do not have e-mail or require written confirmation, please ask us and we will post the confirmation to your home address.

We do not offer refunds once you have booked and paid for your place on a course. Please ensure that you have chosen the right course for you and your dog before booking. If you are unsure if this course is right for you, please contact us before filling out the enrollment form as mistakes cannot be recified later.

Fees/places are not transferable.
